Museum Information

Musée d’Art Moderne de Collioure (Modern Art)

Collioure | 66

Graced with over 1600 works, the museum displays selections from their collection that constitute examples of modern art from the first part of the twentieth century. There are works by a number of artists who spent time in Collioure. The collection includes contemporary works as well as examples of the Support Surface movement that were made during a residential retreat in the city.

The temporary exhibitions explore the artistic history of Collioure or promote contemporary artists.

The visit is completed by a wander through the old Dominican cloister, partly reassembled in the garden of the museum.
